We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, supernaturally perceived and inerrant in the original manuscripts.
We believe that there is only One God and that the Godhead exists eternally in three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ in the flesh was both God and man. Born of a virgin, lived a sinless life; was crucified, died as a penalty for our sins, rose from the dead, bodily on the third day, ascended to the Father’s right hand where He is the head of the church and intercedes for believers.
We believe that in Jesus Christ death and by His shed blood, He made a perfect atonement for sin and redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us and that the means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ.
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming again personally, bodily, and visibly to this earth, and all who received Him became joint heirs with Him, and at death, their spirits depart to be with Christ in conscious blessedness. In the rapture their bodies will be raised to the likeness of the body of His glory and dwell forever in divine presence.
We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation. A true believer is eternally secure, and cannot lose salvation, but sin will interrupt sanctification and the joy of fellowship with God and may bring the loving discipline of our heavenly Father.
We believe that the redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer and responsive faith.
We believe that the utterance by the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in the present world. That such salvation with its forgiveness of sins, revealing of a new nature, and hope of eternal life, is entirely apart from good works, baptism, church membership or man’s effort and is of pure grace.
We believe that the goal of every Christian should be to become a disciple of Jesus Christ by seeking spiritual maturity through the knowledge of and obedience to the Word of God and submission to the Holy Spirit, who indwells and seals all believers at the moment of salvation. Believers must continuously seek the fullness of the Holy Spirit since it is His influence that brings about victorious living.
We believe that every true Christian is to be a dynamic part of a local church, since this is God’s primary context for spiritual development, community impact and worldwide influence.
