You’re invited to join this Christian book club!
I’m currently reading, Why They Stay: Helping Parents and Church Leaders Make Investments That Keep Children and Teens Connected to the Church for a Lifetime. If you’re reading or have finished reading this book. . . I’d love to hear your take on it.
Today’s Footsteps Christian Book Club will “kick-off” its first book club meeting in the month of June! To get us started, I’ve chosen three books. . . for the month of June, One Race One Blood: The Biblical Answer to Racism (Revised & Updated), for the month of July, What Happens When Women Walk in Faith: Trusting God Takes You to Amazing Places, and for the month of August, The Sunday School Teacher. These books represent varied niches by different authors.
I chose these books as the first three out of an affinity for discovering what might interest those of you who will decide to join this book club—also, please make suggestions of your favorite books to share with the group. A major expectation is that all books selected will have a biblical worldview.
So, please read, One Race One Blood: The Biblical Answer to Racism (Revised & Updated) for the month of June. I will post comments and questions as I read through the book for your consideration. I encourage you to do so as well. Let’s all share. . . it’ll make our first meeting, just that much more exciting!
Looking forward to our 1st meeting on June 26th! Please visit our Facebook Group for undates and additional information.
